Envenio Heads To London's 'Ecobuild 2018'

Home » Blog » Envenio Heads To London's 'Ecobuild 2018'

Envenio is heading to London this spring to exhibit at the Ecobuild Trade Show & Conference. The event, at London's ExCel Arena from March 6th-8th, will attract over 25,000 visitors and 450 exhibitors from sectors including HVAC and energy, timber, concrete, infrastructure, building performance, and green & blue infrastructure. Come see us in the HVAC & Energy District at Stand C189.

Ecobuild has been a leading event for the built environment over the past 14 years, connecting and inspiring the entire built environment specification chain. The UN Sustainable Development Goals, the New Urban Agenda and the Paris Agreement provide the focus for the 2018 ecobuild conference which runs parallel to the exhibition. Debating the industry's topical issues will be leading figures including Paula Caballero, the driving force behind the Goals; journalists Polly Toynbee and Rowan Moore; campaigner Tony Juniper, Baroness Young of Old Scone and John Elkington.

Envenio's decision to attend the event is based on a number of factors.

More and more organizations in the built environment are turning to modern CFD tools to improve building performance, increase building safety, and to simulate new concepts to improve the overall design. This is particularly the case when it comes to HVAC, fire and smoke, and wind loading matters. Envenio will champion its cloud-hosted, on-demand CFD software tool EXN/Aero, and their engineering services as accessible and cost-effective ways of accessing and utilizing simulations.

"The UK is one of our key target markets and we are looking forward to meeting and introducing EXN/Aero to a number of British companies whilst we are there" says Scott Walton, VP.

The Envenio team are keen to meet those familiar with CFD simulation as well as those who are yet to discover its many advantages. Companies in the UK are also encouraged to reach out to Envenio ahead of the visit to arrange meetings and demonstrations.

"We would urge anyone interested in finding out more about CFD simulation, or how it can help their business, to pop along to our stand (C189) in the HVAC & Energy District and meet us" he adds.

During the event, the 'Simulation Station' will showcase the software through a number of simulations and be on hand to answer any questions those in the industry may have.

Envenio helps companies improve the design and performance of their buildings, products, or environments by using next generation fluid dynamics (CFD) simulations. We provide this as a cloud based on-demand tool or as an engineering service. EXN/Aero is the world's only super-computing optimized solution, and it uses GPUs to reduce simulation time and cost (up to 80%), making it a powerful and affordable option for those looking to increase the performance of their products or building designs.

It is a high value tool for understanding airflow and temperature behavior in and around buildings, cityscapes, or inside renewable technologies or HVAC products. These simulations can lead to major performance improvements, cost savings, and quality issue reductions. We are a Canadian company with staff in Canada, the United States, and the UK, and we help companies in over 10 countries.
